Simchat Torah, a joyous Jewish holiday, marks the conclusion of the annual Torah reading cycle and the beginning of a new one. It's a day of dancing with Torah scrolls, celebrating the wisdom and teachings they hold, and rejoicing in the perpetual cycle of learning and renewal.
