Ahavat Torah's Gala, an event held annually and organized by Shoshi Wilchfort and 

Barbara Burbank, was a resounding success yet again this year.

This glittering affair brought together our Ahavat Torah family, to honor Rabbi Miriam,

our AT’s musical maestros and celebrate 20 years of Ahavat Torah.

The beautiful venue, adorned with opulent floral arrangements, set the stage for an unforgettable evening,

and welcomed our synagogue community to a wonderful evening.

 It was a night filled with unity, compassion, and joy, as heartfelt speeches resonated with the guests,

and the room often reverberated with laughter.

 

The spirit of giving flourished, paving the way for a brighter future for our beloved community

through generous donations, inspiring performances, and the warmth of togetherness. 

The evening started off with delicious appetizers, while guests perused the wonderful contributions

to the silent auction, and bid on a few exciting travel destinations during the live auction.

Elegantly attired guests mingled, and reconnected with friends

they haven't seen for awhile. 

The highlight of the evening was of course the program during which Rabbi Miriam and AT's musicians were honored. 

​

We enjoyed a delicious and artfully presented feast while the banquet hall buzzed with lively conversations and laughter.

​By the end of the night, the gala managed to exceed all expectations in elegance and fundraising.

As the final notes of joyous music filled the hall, guests departed with knowledge that they had made a significant difference to

Rabbi Miriam’s legacy and our community.

This event left an indelible mark on our hearts, reaffirming the strength

of our bond as a congregation.

to make this evening such huge a success!
